About TM West...
Welcome to TMWest, a division of Total Marketing
that serves Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Utah.
We are based in Salt Lake City, Utah and represent
manufacturers of fine audio and video equipment for
use in commercial, education, government and medical
applications such as audio and video conferencing,
and presentation and collaboration spaces.
We provide to our
dealers value added product support for training and
technical applications through the resources of our
parent company, Total Marketing. Based in Fort
Worth, Texas, Total Marketing has served the south
central US for 25 years and is delighted to now
expand their support into these western states.

Profile of TM West Staff...
Ron DeVoe
(President)
- Ron DeVoe began his career in the audio/visual
industry as a dealer, then becoming a manufacturer’s
representative and eventually starting his own rep
firm in 1984. Ron has worked with major industry
manufacturers, and has been instrumental in their
sales efforts in the Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas,
Louisiana territory. From 1993 to 1995, Ron served
as Chairman of the Independent Rep Council for ICIA/InfoComm
and was then elected to the Board of Governors where
he served from 1995 to 2000. In 2005, Ron founded
TMDistributing and in 2007, Tm at Home and TM West.
He remains active in all aspects of each company and
is continually sought out by manufacturers, dealers
and consultants for his industry knowledge and
marketing insight.
Darcy Harrell (VP of Sales/Marketing) -
Darcy began her involvement with TOTAL Marketing at
the ripe age of 6, when father Ron DeVoe founded the
company. Following her graduation from TCU in 2000,
Darcy joined TOTAL Marketing as a Regional Sales
Manager. She now oversees all sales and marketing
efforts for all of the TOTAL Companies. Darcy is
active with the Independent Rep Council for ICIA/InfoComm
where she serves on several committees, as well as
with IPRO. In 2007, Darcy was chosen as a “Women of
Influence” by the Fort Worth Business Press for her
outstanding business record and involvement within
the community.
Kelly Hannig, CTS-D (Territory
Manager)
- With more than
five years experience with ClearOne and over eight
years with Gentner, Hannig has extensive experience
with channel partners for conferencing system
design, field applications and on-site
commissioning, as well as technical training
delivery. Hannig is CTS-D certified with ICIA
InfoComm and has taught conference system design
workshops.
Allan Lakey, CTS (Territory
Manager)
- Lakey has more
than 25 years in the audio-visual industry in a
variety of roles. His current role within TOTAL
Marketing/TMD is to provide technical support,
maintain a help desk for integration, trouble shoot
and assist with programming questions, as well as to
develop curriculum for seminars and training.
Lakey’s responsibilities with TM West also include
territory management in New Mexico. |
